The following privacy statement applies to all business conducted by Virtunet within the IT industry, be it through any of its offices or over any of its websites. This statement covers all personal information collected by Virtunet during the conduct of any of its authorised Sales, Services, Human Resources or Recruitment procedures.

Collection of information
Virtunet will collect personal information in the process of conducting business. The information collected will only be that which is necessary for the conduct of our business and our relationship with your organisation.
Information gathered by Virtunet in one instance may be used in another instance unless you expressly requested that we do not. However, Virtunet will only use the information which we receive about you for the purpose of doing business with your organisation or in connection with that purpose.
Where practical, Virtunet will only collect information directly from you. If we collect it from another source, we will do what is reasonably possible to inform you that we have collected the information.
As a provider of a range of information technology products, services and resource solutions, Virtunet's primary purpose for collecting personal information is to facilitate the efficient provision of quality information technology products and services to its business associates.
Apart from the completion of the original business dealing this may involve the provision of relevant product and industry updates and other market related information and opportunities to Virtunet's business associates. Access
An individual about whom we hold personal information may request access to the personal information held about them. Such requests must be made in writing to us. We may charge a reasonable fee for responding to an access request.
If an individual wishes to change inaccurate information, then we will make the requested change unless it is believed, on reasonable grounds, that the information held by us is not inaccurate in which case the correction request will be noted in the place where the personal information about that individual is held.
Virtunet continuously monitors the accuracy of personal information on collection from and provision by the individual and through the day-to-day processes of its business. Should any updates to your personal information be required please contact and inform Virtunet.

Virtunet therefore does not accept any responsibility for incidences of unauthorised access to personal information, which is provided at your own risk. Likewise Virtunet does not guarantee the security or privacy compliance of any websites that are accessible through links provided on any of its websites.
Virtunet will delete from its systems any of your personal information held by the company on your request provided that sufficient proof of identity is established.
Anonymity
Virtunet's personnel will respect a request for anonymity unless and until relevant business negotiations are entered into. None of Virtunet's business processes can be completed effectively with either party remaining anonymous.
Virtunet does not require that you supply any sensitive information to the company unless it is essential for the purpose of the conduct of business. This type of information will not be collected without your consent.
